• Q1/Q2 2025: TGE. Open community participation, scaling the community and enhancing the investment ecosystem.

• Q4 2025: Issue the first onchain renewable energy liquidity pools, that enable ETF-like investments and secondary trading.

• Legal & Compliance: penomo complies with the securities regulations set by BaFIN (Germany) and the EU, making us eligible for distribution to retails markets in the EU and professional/institutional allocators worldwide.

• Issuers: The penomo App has crossed over $200 million in total asset value.

• Allocators: From small to large institutions, penomo has established a network of funds with total $10 billion AUM.
